When my new sky mini, with multiscreen, arrives will the TV it's attached to be able to get all the stations and apps that are on my main TV with sky q?

Yes the the SKY minis have the same channels & apps and access to the all the recordings on the Main box and work independently - the only exceptions are UHD channels or recordings as the minis do not support UHD
