Sky mini boxes will not connect although Q Box is functioning

Have 2 mini boxes - bedroom one will only work if dining room one is connected. Dining room will not connect so no minin boxes. Q box functioning and ticked for mini boxes. Have unplugged all, reset the Q box and still cannot connect mini. Rebooted router. Red light flashing on dining room mini.
