Is sky Q box still available to new accounts

I am installing a new satellite dish on my caravan and I want to open a new sky tv account and get a sky Q box. I have heard that they are being discontinued. Are they still available to new customers?

Might need a permanent address or something but yes, they just hide it well as they want to promote Glass / Stream.
