Sky mini box

My sky subscription is saying we don't have sky q mini and we do none of my boxes are working

Yes it says this 

You don't have the required subscription to use a sky q mini box. 
but we do and I've rand and checked and they said we do and said they don't know what's wrong

Hi @Lucyj78   Did they advise a power reboot of everything including your broadband router to refresh its DNS. The viewing card inserted correctly.

They offered another number that was it and that got me into this forum. It's in my subscription it was working and now it's now it's so frustrating

Also my sky mini box says it's connected to the sky box well one of them does the other doesn't

Hi @Lucyj78 

You said in your post that none of the boxes are working..

Does the above post mean that the main Q box is working.

If it is see if a Reset Settings in the main Q box hidden menu helps.
To enter hidden menu press Home and navigate down to Settings but do not select Settings.
With Settings highlighted press 0 0 1 Select.
Only Carry out the first Reset (Reset Settings) as the other two will wipe all recordings.
After the Reset you will have to re pair your Bluetooth remote If you use one.
If you cannot switch the Q box on with the remote after the Reset press the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the box.
To re pair the remote press 1 & 3 together on the remote and follow onscreen instructions to re pair.

Make sure that you are pointing the remote at the Q box when you press 1 & 3 together.

Resetting the settings will also reset:

Audio visual settings, such as picture resolution and HDMI control
Settings changed within the hidden engineer menu, include LNB type. If on a communal dish you need to reset the LNB to SCR in the hidden menu. After changing the LNB type you need to reboot the Q box.
