Netflix account linked and cannot get Sky to unlink after 30 days.
Repeated calls and requests failed to resolve the issue

Using someone else's Netflix on your Sky account?
Because you already have Netflix with Sky, speak to the owner of the Netflix account if you can and ask them to contact Netflix to unlink their Netflix account from your Sky bill.
When they've done this, open Netflix on Sky Q and follow the on-screen instructions for setting up or linking your own Netflix account.
Can't speak to the Netflix account holder? Get in touch with us and we'll unlink it for you. This can take up to three days - we'll let you know when it's done.

We have tried this, Netflix cannot unlink account as I don't have a Netflix account. Sky have been "fixing" it since March 22nd.
Still not fixed after speaking to 6 Sky staff and wasting over 3 hours

You need to tell Netflix that you accidentally linked the wrong account to Sky, and they will unlink them in minutes. Just don't ever use the Netflix app in Sky or it might happen again.
