Why is our sky mini box upstairs always getting unconnected from the downstairs internet or sky Q box. 4/7 nights a week we watch tv fine downstairs and then come to bed to watch and it tells us it's not connected and we have to go down and reboot sky Q etc to get it working. Surely we shouldn't have to keep doing this

Thanks Tom. Altho spoke to someone on the phone yesterday who wasn't much help as they can't help if it's working at the time that I call!!!
