Sky mini box

Sky mini box doesn't start, I've tried rebooting by turning it off and unplugging it but all it does is go throught the reboot process but doesn't turn on

Eventually I spoke to someone on the phone who took me through some steps and unfortunately it was determined that the box was faulty. A new box will be sent out to replace the faulty one.
