Sky mini box awaiting listings unable to watch channels as constantly loading any help please

@kevrobs Try unplugging both the main Q box & mini, then plug main box back in, allow to fuilly reboot, repeat with mini.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
