You need to be aware we are just other customers here.

In case you are not aware to use a mini box you must have an ongoing Multiscreen add on (list price is £15 pm)

I think the usual one-off admin fee for a mini is £50 although this is often waived for the first one

(BTW The minis like SKY Q main remain SKY's property & must be returned when the subscription ends)

If you don't already have the monthly Sky Multiscreen (mandatory requirement to use minis) then this is currently £15 per month and comes with one mini included (you need to confirm the mini at time of order)

If you already have Multiscreen then to rent another mini it requires a one upfront charge of Approx £50.

Good to know the cost is £50.

The story so far to get a sky q mini.

1. You have to contact sky by phone after a long wait.

2. Get contact then they request payment details.

3. Enter details on phone as requested, number not accepted due to using an I Phone.

4. Asked if we can just speak the number, NO.

5. Gave up

Why can I not add a sky mini to my account and pay for it online?
