Sky mini box will not turn on. Open reach fitted new box on Monday. Main Sky Q fine

Main box works fine. Internet and Wi-Fi 100% just can not get the mini box to do anything. Done the turn off and on multiple times with everything hoping it will connect but nothing. WPS buttons pressed and held. Settings on main box, done the reactive mini box still nothing. Tele in bedroom works. Battery in remote are fine. But the mini box will not turn on.
