Sky mini box still not arrived

Paid 50 quid on 26th Dec for sky q mini box for my child, he's excited, still jaunt been delivered nearly a month later. Rang sky over a week ago, told it'd be delivered within 3 days, still haven't received it. Can I have my 50 quid back?

You will need to call Sky and ascertain the current position regarding the delivery of the additional mini box. If necessary you will need to cancel the order for it and ask Sky how long the reimbursement will take.

Ordered replacement Sky Q mini box on 5th January 2024. 
Still no delivery so been on phone with Sky being passed from one person to another for over and hour to be told that they cannot cancel and re-order but I can have a call from a manager on 27th January. 
DPD are awaiting my package is all the information on my account.
