Paid 50 quid on 26th Dec for sky q mini box for my child, he's excited, still jaunt been delivered nearly a month later. Rang sky over a week ago, told it'd be delivered within 3 days, still haven't received it. Can I have my 50 quid back?

You will need to call Sky and ascertain the current position regarding the delivery of the additional mini box. If necessary you will need to cancel the order for it and ask Sky how long the reimbursement will take.
