Sky mini box not working

I have Sky Glass and two mini boxes. My Sky Q is working but one of my mini boxes is producing a blank screen when I select a program or at times I am just getting audio.

 

I have swapped the mini boxes about and it seems to be the same issue with just one TV. 

I have rebooted both boxes and the TV and still the same thing is happening.

 

Can anyone suggest a fix?
