Sky mini box not connecting

Mini box ( multi room) glass tv not connecting. It was working fine upto last nught 12 midnight

You mention Glass?  Do you have a Sky streaming service?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

I've moved your post from the Sky Talk board as that's for customers who have issues with their landline phone line.

 

As asked by @PandJ2020 you perhaps need to explain what TV services you subscribe to as you've mentioned various components (Multiroom which is terminology used in Sky+, mini box which is for Sky Q and Sky Glass)?
