I have little faith in Sky mini boxes and their stability.
We have a booster in place which has helped a little but still the stability is less than perfect.
In an attempt of a permenant fix I have connected both the main an mini box to Ethernet (connected to mesh booster boxes).
I've tried rebooting the router, turning Wi-Fi off on both the sky boxes, with and with out the booster connected and have run out of ideas.
Any helpful suggestions from anyone gratefully received.
Thank you

Hi @Evarb
Regarding WiFi assume your Booster is a Q WiFi booster as Q mini boxes will not connect to 3rd Party WiFi Boosters. A 3rd party mesh system can always cause issues with Q mini box connectivity due to interference with the Q WiFi that the mini needs.
You should be able to get some success if you are connecting all Q boxes by Ethernet to your WiFi Mesh units. When all boxes are connected by Ethernet you can then switch off all Q box WiFi.
Start with main Q box and first carry out a Network reset with the Ethernet connected.
Network Reset found in Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Select connect wired to non Sky Router.
Do not carry out any WPS and just wait for the box to connect. It may take a couple of minutes. If it does not connect there is an issue with the Ethernet connection.
As soon as it connects go into the Q box hidden menu and turn off WiFi.
To enter hidden menu press Home and navigate down to Settings but do not select Settings.
With Settings highlighted press 0 0 1 Select.
Go to Network to turn off both bands of WiFi. Confirm before exit.
Repeat the network reset on any minis in the Mini Home menu with the Ethernet connected. Again do not do any WPS and just wait for it to connect.
Once it is connected go into the mini hidden menu (same procedure as above) and turn off both bands of WiFi. Confirm before exit.

Hi Oldfella
Many thanks for taking the time to reply.
Unfortunately no joy.
Ethernet connection is good and showing as connected on both Q and mini box. Wi-Fi is off.
Rebooted both boxes.
Tried with and without Sky booster connected.
Grateful for any other ideas
Thanks
