Sky mini box not connecting, needs authorised

Mini box is not setting up. When I access settings on main box, there is a green tick beside "watch on Sky Q mini box" there is a "reactivate" box to the side. When I click that , it asks "are you sure you want to reactivate?" When I click confirm a message appears that states "your Sky Q box needs to be authorised to use this service. please ensure it is connected to broadband so this can happen"

My Sky states the mini box is connected to broadband... help!!
