Sky mini box limit reached

Why can't I use two Sky mini boxes at the same time. It says limit reaches and second box fails to work.

You may have an older main box that only supports 1 mini.

Check the hardware version here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-software-updates

@TrevD
As indicated by @PandJ2020 the original 1TB (non-UHD) Sky Q box only allows one mini to be in use. To check if you have the non UHD 1TB box check in:-
Home - Settings - System Info - Hardware Version
If it shows as 32Cxxx then you have a non UHD 1TB that only supports 1 active mini box.
