No signal
My father TV screen is not working. I have turned everything off and restarted but it is still coming up with a message saying no signal plasma display. Please advise

Hi @Graham401
First make sure that the TV is switched on and is switched to the HDMI input to which the Q box is connected.
Then with the Q box switched on with green led illuminated
Press
Home 1 0 8 0 Home
on the Q box remote control.
This will change the Q box to standard resolution which will work for all TV’s.

Re: No signal
As @oldfella indicates, plasma televisions were never manufactured to accept UHD resolution, and it's possible that's what the Q box has reverted to.
Given the inevitable age of any plasma set still in use, one might also suspect a wider hardware failure.
