Sky min box won’t connect

Sky q mini box won't connect to wi fi.  Main box is connected.  I've tried to reset it and switching it off n on but still won't. iPad phone and Alexa are connected to the Wi-Fi

Sky q box is not connecting to the main box. I have tried everything.

Hi @Tinaw1 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?
