Glitching

My sky TV keeps glitching and has been now for 3 days on channel itv2 only

Maybe try rebooting your router, then rebooting the Sky Q box so;

  • switch box to standby
  • switch box off at plug
  • leave for at least 30 seconds
  • switch back on at the plug
  • follow onscreen directions
  • when screen goes black wait another 30 seconds
  • press 🏠 button
