Glitching
My sky TV keeps glitching and has been now for 3 days on channel itv2 only

Re: Glitching
Maybe try rebooting your router, then rebooting the Sky Q box so;
- switch box to standby
- switch box off at plug
- leave for at least 30 seconds
- switch back on at the plug
- follow onscreen directions
- when screen goes black wait another 30 seconds
- press 🏠 button
