Sky loses satellite signal every night at 9pm

Hi all.

every night without fail (for past 3 weeks)at 9 pm I lose all satellite signal.It goes from 90 and locked to 0 and unlocked.

i press the question mark to reset the box and sky is back.

This is/has been  only time I lose signal ever!

It's  so annoying coz  I know it's coming and it does bang on 9pm and of course the prime time recordings are at 9pm.

anyone have ideas please?
