Sky keeps going on loading and cant watching anything as it keeps going back to the same program

My sky keeps loading with upgrade  .bills sky q and sky changes it will not let me watch anything  I have taped just keeps going back to the same program  I was watching  before and if I turn My TV off  it just comes back on again
