Sky just gone off

Switched the to on and had sky channels then it just went off. Sky now showing green light but tbh is saying not programmed. Any ideas please?

a 'Not Programmed' message is from the TV's Freeview Tuner.

Try switching to the HDMI input that your SKy Q box is connected - on the latest SKY remotes the button on the top right (looks like a slightly oval TV shape with arrow pointing in from the left) should cyscle through your TV inputs
