Sky installation
Hi I arranged to have Sky installed a few weeks ago and it got cancelled by yourselves.
I rearranged and it was scheduled for tomorrow but the engineer called me a short time ago and cancelled again. He said that the reason for this is the property does not allow satellite dishes to be installed and that if 2 options.
They were:
1. sky glass which I don't want.
2. Sky streamed service which appears to be my only option.
Can you asssut with this please?

Re: Sky installation
You will be better off contacting Sky to discuss those two options. They are very different to Sky Q and are reliant on sufficient broadband.
In case you’re not aware you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.

@IainWilson
All calls will start automated which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

You may have to wait until the Q installation attempt is marked as being closed before you can order Stream.
