@Adriancle if you do not have any other mini boxes then you need to take the multiscreen subscription out at current list price of £15 and you need to order a mini box you might get the first free or you might have to pay and admin charge of £50 all mini boxes are loaned to you in the same way that main boxes are

You can have a maximum of 4 mini boxes loaned to you by Sky.

All 2TB boxes and the UHD/HDR 1TB permit watching on two mini boxes and the main box at 1 time. You may also be able to use a 3rd mini box at the same time if you’re using it for one of the apps such as Netflix.
The older 1TB non UHD box only allows you to watch on 1 mini box as well as the main box .

I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Sky Q 2 TB (Silver)Box, 2 Mini boxes since June 2016, all connected by wifi
Sky Broadband Hub/SR203, Sky Ultrafast broadband
Ultimate on Demand, Q Experience/UHD, Sky Sports, Sky Cinema
LG 49SJ 810 V UHD TV, Google Pixel 7 Pro mobile
