Sky go remote sky q

Good morning all 

I've recently downloaded the remote control on the sky go app 

Can anyone advise can you turn the volume up using this remote as I can't see how to ?

You can't control the volume using the Sky app as the real Sky remote uses IR to change the volume and turn the TV on/off.

If your TV has an app, you could use that instead.
