New sky q install today but unable to download on demand

Hi, i just had Sky Q installed today with the HD add on, but no downloads or on demand services are working. I've tried all the how to and help guides but nothing helps. Any advice please? Thank you

I had this same issue when I got my Q - you need to ring Sky and they will refresh the signal to your box and it'll sort itself out. If you mention that the signal needs refreshed they'll know and do it pretty much straight away. I found them quite helpful
