Any help appreciated.
I have a hard wired connection to all my sky q equipment with WiFi turned off but I am really struggling to get the the sky go app to connect to sky q box to be able to see recordings.
I have the deco m4's which are scattered around the house to connect sky boxes via ethernet which really helps with any connectivity issues with each box bit it is just the sky go app that has an issue.
Reset network several times but nothing seems to work.
Just wondering if there is anything I have to change in my settings section of mesh network.
Please help.

Yes it is. Its a mesh network so uses same name around house as it switches deco units.
I do very rarely get a connection to the recordings from the sky go app so I know it can pick it up , it's just 90% of the time where it doesn't seem to be able to find the sky q box.
As I mentioned earlier have performed resets multiple times on every device and router but does not improve connection.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Dazzab14Although your Deco use the same WiFi network is it the same as your main router as although your boxes use HDMI they will still need the routers WiFi.

Thanks for reply. All the sky boxes are connected by ethernet to each deco unit and wifi has been switched off on all sky q devices. A year ago I had the same set up and sky go worked flawlessly. I wasn't sure if an update has messed it up and if anyone else has had the same issue.

I have the same problem. I recently upgraded my Sky Q box to HDR and since then my Sky Go app does not connect to it. Previously it was fine. I've reset my box and deleted and reinstalled the app but it's made no difference.
They all work on the same Sky WiFi.

Same problem here. My recordings used to be visible on the Sky Go app and worked absolutely fine until a few months ago. My recordings are no longer visible on the Sky Go App however If I disconnect the Ethernet from the Sky Q box and connect via Wifi then the recordings are visible and work fine on Sky Go App 🤔 I think there must have been a software update that has affected this.
