I have been charged but the engineer still hasn't come out! I have been given multiple dates but no one has shown up. I am not happy also capital resolve have been in contact but I don't think I should pay if I havnt been given the product!

You’re talking to fellow customers here not Sky Customer Services. You've posted in the Sky Q board but mention Sky Glass and an engineer. Engineers don't come out for Sky Glass issues. You also mention Capital Resolve who I believe are a debt recovery company so we will need the full story in order to advise.
