I constantly have to reset my Sky Q box as it won't display or play recordings etc. Once I've downloaded the software, it is fine for a few hours then the tv freezes and I have to reset again. Is the box kaput?

If you're on the latest software, no download actually happens, it just means your box has had a reboot. Does sound like you need a replacement box.

@Gordon99 yes it does sound as the the box may be on it's way out

Look out for a chat bubble at the bottom of your screen inviting you to a chat
If you are using the Safari browser please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the chat bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.
