Free download email

I am unable to access the free download in sky store. I have an email apologising  for the issues I have had and now there is more issues...

Hi there, I've already had my issue sorted out 👍🏻 ...but how do I STOP ALL the extra emails and answers getting emailed to me, including other problems that I didn't enquire about?!?! I've just had to delete over 120 emails from over 3 days of replies and answers sent to my email from a whole lot of other Sky Community members, when I know longer need anymore help, plus emails to things I never even asked about...🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ Please Help 🙌🏻 Thanks!!

Email free movie

Hi Did anyone get an email from sky saying free movie as off all disruption or is it a scam? Nothing on my sky box

It's a valid email from Sky for Sky Q customers.

Unable to claim free movie

Hi I have recently received an email from yourselves, offering me a free movie to download and keep in compensation for problems with Sky encountered on 15 May. I have followed the instructions in the email but there is no "Gift on us tile" for me to click on in the Sky Store. Please advise on what I need to do. With Thanks Jane Kent

Go to: Sky Store > Featured > Top Picks > Your Sky Store Gift On Us

Make sure the movie you choose is marked as £0.

On 15th May my Sky Q went down and Sky has offered a free movie.

you have to go to Sky store and click on 'Your Sky Store gift on us' tile and choose movie.

This tile does not come up!!

Offered a free film via Sky store

I have been offered a free film due to the technical hitch on May 15.  However having followed the instructions to go to sky store and then click on free movie ..... there is No offer of the free movie for having been inconvenienced . How do we fix this as the offer expires 31 May?
