Sky gift on us

I too received this email about receiving a free gift but I have followed the instructions on how to retrieve and there is no 'Your Sky Store Gift on Us' option on my Sky Store. It just doesn't seem to have been added to my account. I have tried to contact Sky Customer Services through the Chat Bot and it keep crashing. Is there another way to get the free movie promised to me?

I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here as they should be able to enable your account:

What an absolute con this is.  

All the films have been free to watch on Sky previously and have now created a section, added a load of old dross and sent out the goodwill gesture email saying we can get them to keep for free. 😂😂😂

Honestly, Sky never do themselves any favours.

I don't think Sky have got any worries about too many people redeeming it. 

The selection of films are embarrassing and Sky are basically sticking two fingers up at their customers.

like many I lost service and have had an email offering a free film from sky store but when I chose my film it's showing a fee. To avoid this i need to redeem a code but there's nothing in the mail. Is this another ploy by Sky?  Offering something we can't use?

We got the email about Gift on Us, with the instruction to access form Sky Store, the option is not there.  We have looked under Sky Store, Featured, it's not there either.
