As noted several times you do have the option to call Sky and put your case across and see if they will apply a credit that you find appropriate.

Just followed the instructions to download our free movie, and we've been charged for it!

If you select the correct items then the amount is £0.00

 

Did you select from the correct tile?  (As it's a limited selection, not any movie)

@PandJ2020 Definitely selected the correct tile, several movies to choose from, none have the prices crossed through. I assume it would just not be charged. Could it be that we're not Cinema subscribers?

If the price wasn't crossed through and showing £0.00 then you have purchased it.

 

You'll have to contact Sky / Sky Store to query it.

If the price wasn't shown as £0.00 and you did select the correct gift tile then I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:

Not sure what same issue you are having @SJ90w (as you haven't quoted any post) so if you can't find this and haven'rt seen the multiple posts with the answer then try this:

 

Go to Sky Store > Featured > Top Picks > Your Sky Store Gift On Us

@caesarome Definitely appears to be an issue for customers who are not cinema subscribers.

 

Checked on my own box, and all films under the tile are shown as free, all the same films on my father's box (who is not a cinema subscriber) are chargeable.

I have posted before, but my issue is the fills are not displaying as free. 

onhave the free gift icon but all the films within have a price. This happens everyone sky offer a free film and I never bother to claim.
