If you have SkyQ, look again and I'm sure you will find it. 

you need to be on your SkyQ menu on your TV

Then look at Skystore. Then when you see the various tiles, go down a couple of rows to "top picks" then it's along there to the right 

The tile looks like this

In Sky Store on your Q box home menu go to Top picks which is one line down in the Featured  section.

The Gift Tile is 5 tiles in.

You need to look further down underneath the red/blue line where it then states:-

The Sky Store Gift Offer is valid from 21.05.2025 until 31.05.2025. Against selected Sky Store HD Digital Buy & Keep movies only. To redeem this gift, go to your TV homepage and visit Sky Store. This was helpful but obviously my screen didn't look like that.

To find you need to go SkyStore/Features/Top Picks then scroll right till you find it 

Hint it's under the Minecraft advert push

I received an email from Sky offering the free movie because of the failure on 15 May. I go to Sky Store but there is no "tile" to select the free movie. Is it under a sub heading somewhere as the default is for the featured movie screen

I got the email about the free movie but can't see the option "you're sky store gift on us" to be able to download? When I go to sky store I just have the usual featured, rent, buy, etc. options
