Sky faults

My Sky Q box is telling me the sky card needs repositioning, it has now sorted it self out 

Obviously a Sky fault 

Why don't Sky tell us of such faults?

Yes, it was an issue for some today.

 

Most large companies tend to advise after the event if it's resolved fairly quickly.   Additionally, they may not know how many people were impacted and how to effectively contact them.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
