Moving in with someone who already has a Sky Q tv account.

I'm moving in with someone who already has a Sky Q tv account. We want to use my account as I have a lot of purchases on it and the person I'm moving in with is very elderly, so I'll be doing all the dealing with Sky. Does anyone know what I do to set this up? I've had no luck getting through to a Sky agent. Thank you😊

@LindaB2

The current account holder would need to cancel (if they're not still in a minimum term) and return all Sky Q equipment.

Then you arrange a Sky Home Move to move your equipment to the address.

Hi @LindaB2   You should book a Home Move. Assuming the current home user is out of minimum term, they would have to give Sky 31 days notice of cancellation.
