Sky engineer query
Hi I called in November to purchase sky and WiFi, I was told an engineer would need to come out and has been booked for tomorrow however, I haven't had any confirmation of a time the engineer is coming and on my account says the Internet will be set up remotely. Therefore, is an engineer coming out tomorrow or do they not need to?
Thank you

Your new set up should involve two engineers. The Sky engineer will bring your Sky Q box, any mini boxes you've ordered, remotes, cables and a dish if you haven't already got one. An Openreach may be able to sort the Broadband side of things remotely.

Re: Sky engineer query
Didn't they ask for the Q box back when you stopped subscribing last time?
Normally the broadband can be done without any technical person IF it's been provisioned to that property before.
