Engineer came to house today still have issues

Sky engineer came today. Dish wasn't working from high winds. Said he has sorted it. It isn't sorted. We have no HD tv. There are other things wrong too. I need someone to sort this asap pls.

Not your fault, they do try to get issues resolved here first but some things even the giant intellects on here can't fix.
