@Mikebov This is a customer helps customer forum so we would have no idea when it was installed.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Sky probably has a record of the first time a subscription was ordered at the address (which would generally be when a dish dates back to), but unless it was yourself who was the subscriber then they don't have to tell you.
