Return Equipment
I have received a small packet and a letter requesting I return my Sky Q Hub. There are not other items listed on the letter. However, i do have a secondary box with remote, and was also a broadband customer. All services are being cancelled. As it is only the main Sky Q Hub on the list, and the packaging is just for one item, is it normal for them to request all hubs and remotes and their broadband box back as well - or is it just normal practice to ask for the primary Sky Q Hub?

Re: Return Equipment
The broadband hub has a shorter notice period of 14 days so packaging will arrive first. Sky Q equipment is 31 days notice.
Dont forget to get proof of posting for all items and keep safe and indefinitely.

Re: Return Equipment
Thanks for reply - but BROADBAND already ended a couple of weeks ago and no envelope arrived for that. Envelope I have received received is for ONE hub. Letter says "Sky Q Hub". I have Sky Q and a secondary box. The only thing THEY have requested return is the one Sky Q Hub.
I feel if I do as I am being asked to do in their letter - return the one item Sky Q Hub, then they will still try and charge me. I am receiving texts saying "you must return the Sky equipment to avoid paying a Non Return Charge". As usual it is Sky doing half a job. Sending request for one item, and a box for ONE item. But if I return that item they will probably still try and charge. If I box it all up they will probably tell me it's not valid because I've returned the wrong stuff . You just can't do right for this company. I am so glad to be leaving their services behind.

Re: Return Equipment
Sounds like that packaging is for your Sky Q hub and later boxes will arrive for your Sky Q box, mini box, remotes and power leads.
