Sky dish needs to be moved

Had sky q put in today I wasn't at home had my brother let them in as I was at work. I've come home and the sky dish is too low its all I can see when I look out of my window. How can I get this moved

Sky should have consulted with your brother (if he was the responsible adult at the address), however it may have been the only suitable place within the guidelines the engineer works to regarding positioning and height.

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP adress' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser

P.S. I am guessing it may help if you can take some pictures ready to send them when they make contact
