sky Box will only stay connected to the i ternet for minutes before disconnecting

I have a really good internet connection and my Smart TV stays connected to the internet but Q box hopeless. Have tried everything I can think of. If I cant resolve this soon I will leave Sky as currently watching all programmes streamed by the apps on my TV. Unable to download at all onto Sky box.  Do you havve to pay to get an engineer out? And how do you ask for one.

Sky do not charge for visits concerning Sky Q connectivity .

You can request an Engineer by contacting Sky directly.


If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.
