Sky dish installation

I have a question about a satellite installation for SkyQ. Is it true that an engineer won't install a dish if the house it too high, above 3 floors.

@Chris247  Your post has been moved from the Sky Glass forum as this isn't a Glass related issue.

Hi @Chris247   It doesn't matter how high the house is as long as the dish is installed at first floor height.

@Chris247

Sky typically won't install above the height of the eaves on a two storey building: that's the limit for a lone ladder worker.  They might consider doing so with an access team, but safety is obviously the priority.
