That sounds like either one cable, plug or port on the Q is faulty.
Indeed not signal being blocked although that can have similar symptoms.

Search for a tread for sky engineers I'm sure you will find there will be plenty of praises about the work they do.
trees are a major factor every year for signal issues and when there involved day in day out you'll be surprised how hard the engineers work to resolve these visits.
one engineers opinion on a fault isn't every engineer's opinion there are engineers that deliver expectations.
im happy sky stream is best suited for you but my opinion sky Q all the way
