Sky / discover

I signed up for sky sports /TNT  yesterday the sky and tnt channels came on ok but the advisor said give discovery 24 hrs which I did but so far nothing I've tried a scan of qr code &  doing the address with code but it comes up with my name but asks me to renew subscription but done that through Sky. 
spoke to Sky advisor but we went through a few things but nothing worked but she said if you want to watch sport on discoveryplus premium you have pay and have two subscription  and admitted Sky and discovery have a tech problem that Sky q people can't log into discoveryplus but I then and spoke to someone at discoveryplus who said we can't find your account but he said your do need two subscription to watch discoveryplus as your TNT subscription covers that. Cant even watch any shows on discoveryplus premium at all so anyone have the same problem please. 
Any help be welcome.

Yes thanks I done all that my sky and discoveryplus are linked used the email I had for over 15 yrs. 

tried and scanned the qr code and done the long address and code. 
Discovery appears can't find me account even its the same one. Discovery says sky can unlink but I think that means you have to start with a new Sky account but been with them a long time but saw on here about deleting discovery app and reinstall it but o don't know if it work.

@Barry+25 what happens when you do the QR code or long address and code ?   do you get any error messages
