Sky digi box

My sky digi box keeps sticking even when watching recordings. I have rebooted everything sky q, router and digi box but it still keeps happening. I have moved this digi box from another room.

What exactly is the 'digi box'?   Is it Sky+ or Q?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
