Sky delivering replacement sqy Q box but no one in the house to give old one back

Sky (through DPD) were supposed to deliver a new box yesterday and collect the faulty one but no one came

Now i've had an email to say they are coming this morning and to have the old box ready but no one will be in. 

What happens in this instance?

@joport  They won'r leave the New box as they need the old one, are you able to reschedule with DPD on their app/website.

Remember to make sure you have temoved the iewing card from the old box and is ready to be collected.
