Sky cinema

Hi we signed up for sky cinema this morning waited all day still hasn't come on its saying to upgrade

Check in your My Sky at the bottom of the Home menu.

See if it is shown yet in your package.  It may take a while to be added to your Account

@Nickherbert23 It can take upto 24 hours but normally less. Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

if that doesn't work 

You could try refreshing your viewing card by pressing home > settings > system info > viewing card number > setup > viewing card setup press select to trigger a callback don't worry nothing to do with your phone its only Sky's terminology this will be done over the internet 

 

or you may have to call Sky  if none of the above work
