Sky cinema problems

Good morning all,

 

I'm having problems with sky cinema (again) and I've tried to put a film on for my children that I've already downloaded from sky cinema, I'm getting a message pop up saying I need to upgrade to watch even though we've had sky cinema for roughly 10 years.

 

Any help is much appreciated 🙂

Hi @DanboJ Try rebooting your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot.

This is a very common issue that normally gets resolved by talking with Sky.  If a Superuser sees this, hopefully they will escalate your question so that they will contact you on here
