Sky cinema not working

We are subscribed to Sky Cinema but I can't access the films. It says I need to upgrade.

If you don't have the UHD pack make sure you're not trying to download the UHD version of a film. Sky Cinema includes SD and HD but not UHD.

Are you able to access the Sky Cinema channels on 301, 302 etc?
